Shane recently joined RCA team in January 2020, following his faith to use his talents for the higher purposes, bringing his 26 plus years of experience to the team. He has a Bachelor’s of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 1995 and a Master’s degree in Urban Master Planning from the University of Oklahoma in 1997. He is a nationally registered architect with multiple licenses thru the National Council of Architectural Registration Board (NCARB).

Shane brings extensive experience in the building construction industry and the Chattanooga market. Prior to joining the RCA team, Shane worked as a project manager/architect for TVA and provided management and expertise for numerous projects for over 7 years. Prior to that he worked with another local firm for over 9 years specializing in College Campus planning and projects like The Basketball training facility for UTC and Nursing educational building at Chattanooga state. Shane has worked with Erlanger and Memorial on numerous projects and renovations. Shane specializes in project management and implementation of design.

He is currently managing the Grace Baptist Campus Reconstruction project which includes Master planning of the entire campus along with the renovation of their Children’s center, a new Worship Center and a new Academy K-12, also he has recently finished the New Hope Presbyterian Church.
