Steve Carroll has forty-three years of experience in church architecture and planning. He and Dale Rardin founded Rardin and Carroll Architects in 1980 to provide architectural and planning services for civic, religious, and non-profit organizations. Rardin and Carroll’s approach to planning is to provide design solutions which facilitate both function and aesthetic.

As part of his studies at Georgia Tech, he studied Church Architecture at the University of Paris School of Fine Arts. As principal in-charge of design, he has been responsible for over 750 church related projects. He is skilled in understanding and translating the needs of church and education clients into flexible master facility plans.  Recent projects include the 150,000 sf Grace Baptist Church and Academy, Westmore Church of God, and Silverdale Center for Silverdale Baptist Church and Academy.
