In the last 25 years, Willie’s Chattanooga professional architectural experience has afforded him the opportunity to work with a diversified list of clients and projects.  In the course of his career, he has managed an array of government, public and private sector clients and their project’s budget, to help provide deliverables to the end user. He has worked with many projects and construction types from renovations to new construction in the fields of Health Care, Education, Civic, Industrial, Retail, Commercial, Hospitality and Institutional. The last 11 years under Rardin and Carroll Architects’ leadership has allowed him the privilege to provide ministry opportunities in community and faith-based projects and development.  He has served as project manager including Contract Document Production and Construction Administration. 

Willie received his Bachelor of Architecture from Hampton University in 1994.  He is a member of American Institute of Architects (AIA) and pursuing his Architectural License from NCARB.
